Every Watt Matters believes in the power of youth to implement change. We partner with schools and students across the nation to help educate others on the importance of being energy independent and to empower them to make a difference in their homes, their communities, their world.

Student leaders at our partnering schools take these lessons into their communities, developing programs that affect change on a local, regional and national level.

Curriculum

We work with teachers to develop curriculum and project-based learning programs that build an understanding of solutions to global problems through energy efficiency.

Youth-Driven Initiatives

We support the efforts of students to spark change in their schools and communities through programs designed to spread the word and get others involved.

Scholarships

Each year, student leaders at our partnering schools compete nationally for a $50,000 scholarship award to the university of their choice. The scholarship is awarded annually as a part of Every Watt Matter's ongoing educational outreach.
